What kind of personal data do we process?

Within the context of this Privacy Policy, personal data are all the data requested upon the creation of a user account and completion of the client questionnaire in the web environment of UT.

For which purposes are personal data processed?

Personal data are used for the purpose of entering into a co-operation agreement between UT and a client.

The IP address of a user of the Client Register or other network indicators are processed for providing the Client Register as an information society service and for generating web use statistics.

Legal basis

By signing up to the Client Register of UT, the user agrees with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data are processed for the purpose of performing our legal obligations deriving from a co-operation agreement entered into with a client.

Recipients to whom personal data will be transferred

Personal data will be transferred to Uber B.V., a company registered in Amsterdam under registration number 56317441, and to the Register of Economic Activities.

Security and access to data

Personal data are stored in servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union.

Access to the personal data is provided to the employees of the Client Register who are engaged in entrering into the agreements.

For the purpose of maintenance and development of the Client Register, access to personal data is provided to a specialist of our IT partner – Infinit OÜ.

All data flows between a user’s device and the server of the Client Register are encrypted and are transferred only by SSL.

Access to and correction of personal data

You can access your personal data and make corrections therein under the user profile of the Client Register.


The personal data of a user who has signed up to the Client Register will be stored until the expiry of the client agreement, and for five years thereafter.

In case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claims are satisfied or until the expiry of the limitation period.

The personal data required for accounting shall be stored for seven years.


For the deletion of personal data, you will have to contact the customer support by e-mail. A response to a request for deletion will be sent not later than within one month and the period of the deletion of data will be specified.

Dispute resolution

When you start using the Client Register, we presume that you have examined these principles and agree therewith. In case you have any questions or concerns regarding our Privacy Policy or data processing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
